Welcome
to Icon Arts Supplies. We are artist owned and operated. All our
products are tested and carefully selected by our resident iconographer,
Irene Perez-Omer, and our many students. We only sell the products
that we use ourselves in practicing the art of icon writing. When
you buy from Icon Arts you get the benefit of years of experience.
You get the supplies that really work and that you will truly use every
time you write icons. All these supplies have been used to write
hundreds of icons. We have reworked bole formulas, we have tested
different brands of gold leaf, brushes, palettes, burnishers and etching
tools. You get everything you need in one place. As
our committment to you, we also offer technical advice and helpful tips
with the purchase of any of our products. |

Red Clay Powder (Bole) |
|
Only available at present: Powder bole (20 grams.)
The Pre-mixed ready to use bole is no longer available as the old brand of wet clay has been discontinued. The new wet clay is more sensitive to temperature changes and it doesn't ship well when mixed with glue.
